Ordered an ice blasting machine. They get 1 star for quick delivery. However, the machine never worked. Customer service is awful. After days of messaging and then having to open a case with PayPal, they finally agreed to issue a refund on the condition I pay for postage back to China. It’s a heavy machine and the cheapest quote is in the hundreds of pounds. I wouldn’t purchase anything from these again. I am now having to go through legal channels to get my money back

I've had a problem with an accessory for SDT 206. I've requested warranty support and a replacement part was received from China within one week. I am very satisfied with their after-sales support. I will definitely purchase more products from Autool for their quality and durability. Thanks
