Read this before signing a contract
I really wish I could leave a great review but Auto Lift Transport kept my deposit. I honestly don't think the reviews are genuine and this is a real company. I contracted to have a golf cart transported cross country. There were many dates and times agreed upon over a month and they never showed up. My friend, selling me the cart, got tired of taking off work to meet the driver. Not any calls from the "driver" or updates from Daniel. I finally canceled the deal and of course they never returned my deposit. There are a few red flags that I should have stopped me and if you do sign a contract please consider: -the company is not listed on google or the BBB. The only reviews are through this site. -the deposit was by check or Zelle. No other way top pay through the website or by credit card. -Asked if they were a trucking company or broker. Of course they are brokers but told me they own their own trucks. -No "deliver by date" More my mistake. I should have had a delivery by a certain date or deposit returned in the contract. I'm sure I would have been "strung" along until I gave up, which I did. -at one point tried to get more money from me which I refused. -texting me pictures of a broken axle on the transport truck. Just more excuses. - every question was met with "yes we can do that" and "no problem". I was new to getting something transported but the lesson cost me $300. My friend started getting worried they would pick up the cart and we would never hear from them again. He was as frustrated as I was and in the end it wasn't worth losing my friend over sketchy business. Not even sure the owner is in this country. Hope all goes well for you and Auto Lift Transport.
