Intermittent False Errors and Poor Product QA/QC
It worked well for the first day then it started giving error codes E7 or E1. I thought I had an electrical problem at first, but then realized that a slight movement of the surge protector fixed it. I’ve done it several times so I’m certain there is a defect inside the surge protector. It also doesn’t wait the 90 seconds like it is supposed to. Just lightly tap or move the protector and the error immediately goes away.

Drew, if you have a warranty issue, please contact us. The units are warranted for 3 years upon purchase. If the 'issues' change with movement, try this again with only the unit plugged in (no shore cable, no adapters, etc) if you are still getting these issues/errors, give us a call it may be a warranty issue we can take care of for you!
