SCAMMERS! I ordered a 300 dollar hood for my 2012 chevy cruze and it arrived different than described. I expected it to be primed but when I washed it with plain water the black was coming off. Called company and they said it's a coating to prevent rust, this is impossible because coating lasts 15 to 20 years. They refuse to replace or refund. Worst service ever!

Poor Customer service. I ordered wrong part by mistake and so try to contact customer service but never got response back. Twice thru their website and once by phone call. They took my number, name and order number but never got call back.

Horrible all the way around! Ordered a part last Thursday today is Thursday part has not been shipped! Calling is lots of fun to find out why the hell it hasn’t been shipped could not find it misplaced 🙄 AGAIN A WEEK! Shipping cost 150 so yea I’m pissed to the max! Should have bought it on eBay. I know I’ll never ever buy another part off the site

its been three weeks since i order my part and still has not arrived.dissatisfied with the service

Been two weeks and my order still has not been shipped out.

I haven't got my lights yet and I've been trying to call to company here in San Antonio Texas then there's an employee that keeps hanging up their phone service

Customer service not good !
