Martin Malota is awesome...........great rep. if he lived in tulsa..he would be working here. Your billing dept. sucks. They have cost me thousands of dollars. I am currently paying off 20000 to you guys that i never should of been in that position. I have recieved no help no compensation just told that the billing problem occured when you switched over from autobytel.

We get leads at times that don't qualify with our financing. The upside is that ACE has done well with refunds and the rep I deal with does a good job working with me on these issues and other problems that may arise.

The leads themselves are as expected, but the process of submitting for credits, and, getting credited on bad leads lack a sense of urgency. The communication between the lead provider and the dealer needs to get better.

A little expensive for what they are, I wish they could subtlety put out a little money down is required or that payments of 200 per month are non existent... But I know that's impossible haha but in all seriousness, they need to make the leads easier to return.

All of the lead sources are basically the same and if you have been doing this for a while you understand that sub prime is sub prime and you aren't going to change that.
Response from Auto Credit ExpressDec 29, 2015
Ken, Thank you for the candid feedback, I would agree that number of duplicate leads amongst the different services seems high, each week we see around a 10% duplicate leads come in from our Pay Per Click campaigns, we end up dropping these leads on the floor. Last week our team of software engineers launched an industry leading enhancement to our deduplication algorithms to minimize these issues. I would also agree that subprime is subprime, in many cases it’s a matter of timing, take direct mail for example, if you mailed the same list 6 months in a row, some of the same people would respond more than once, but it’s likely that someone that saw your piece 5 times, finally has a need on the 6th time, responds, and buys a car. Due to state regulations, our Polk data does not reveal the name of the dealer where the lead purchased a car, but I do see that within the last 90 days near 25% of the leads we sent over to you bought a car somewhere. If you receive duplicate leads from us, please return those leads back to us within 5 days we will credit your account. I would of course disagree with you that “all lead sources are basically the same”, there is no other subprime lead provider that I know of that has as much skin in the game as Auto Credit Express, many just buy leads from marketing companies and sell leads to dealers. I will have your account manager reach out to you for more feedback, thanks again for being candid and the 3 star review. Best Regards, Dave LaLonde
