As the Director of the Summit Place Auto Group I have tried all types of lead company's the problem I was running into was that I was told we were the only one's getting the lead, but upon talking with the customer they have been sent to 2-3 different dealers. As the Account Coordinator from WhatCounts for the Auto Credit Express account, I work with Dan Shevnock and Jessica Scott on a weekly basis. I assist with reviewing their reporting for their campaigns, discuss ideas to improve their email marketing program, and help with support questions. Dan and Jessica are always professional in our correspondence, whether it be via email or over the phone.
