It was a pleasure to work with ACS! They negotiated a settlement with Allstate to return the loss on my vehicle back to its pre-loss condition. Initially Allstate wanted to settle my claim for $782, then $4,334, then $5,327. I used my "right of Appraisal" per my insurance policy and engaged ACS to represent me to resolve my claim with Allstate. Allstate finally agreed to settle my claim for $11,938.38! In my opinion Allstate was trying to take unfair advantage of me as a policyholder. ACS made sure Allstate fixed my car the way it was supposed to be!

Beyond amazing!! My insurance low balled my car value and would not budge with me at all after they totaled it. My body shop recommended I speak with Robert.
