I am grateful another diminishing value…
I am grateful another diminishing value agent referred me to these guys (that speaks for itself when someone in your same industry & profession refers to you instead of keeping the work trusting it can be better handled) … my case was complex so the other diminishing guy trusted that these guys would get the job done. They in fact did, I am forever grateful for them. If I should ever need a service like this again I will be back here. They move efficiently, effectively & professionally. Organized and trustworthy business. I truly thank God for them and hope they will continue to grow in business and stay around for a long time. Thanks guys

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with us. Our reputation is very important to me. I looked through the notes on your file, and they state that you were out of the country from time to time when we tried to reach you. I apologize for any breakdown in communication on our part. Please forgive us. Sincerely, Robert McDorman

They are very good at what they do.
Auto Claim Specialists assisted with getting damages covered by our insurance carrier after a major weather event. They will work within the legal contract of your insurance policy so that your rights to be covered fairly are met. Their small fee was well worth what all they were able to do.

Upfront
Upfront, Fast and easy. Liberty Mutual attempted to glue it back together and Auto Claim Specialists stepped in. Car was repaired at the shop I PICKED ! After all their nonsense, delays and even letters, ACS did the job ! When you pay for insurance you should not have to deal with aggravation.

Great experience! Give them a try
The associate I spoke to walked me through the entire process. It was quick, easy, and I ultimately ended up with an appraisal value that I felt good about! I highly recommend.
