I had an 18 year old website that worked well all those years. But, it was "hard coded" and had to get my programmer to make changes. Hired Autobytesolution based on reviews to duplicate the site and make it so I could manage the content with the new web tools available. There were two problems. First, when correcting errors or functions I reported - most of the time they "broke" something else. Second, they could never get my PayPal link to reliably work - even after having zoom calls I initiated with PayPal programmers. Hence, my site was unstable and could not be reliably used for nearly five (5) months and they had no clue. Communications with the leaders became more scarce as time went on. My project became less important and the programmers seemed to struggle. I found a local fellow who was able to solve the problems and had the site up and functional in 10 days. I had to let autobytesolution go today and, I guess, forfeit my progress payments. They do a nice layout job but they need a lot of watching for functional aspects. And, they apparently have no clue when it comes to PayPal interfacing.

Scam Company - Do Not Trust
This company does not operate in good faith and should not be trusted. Autobyte Solution accepted payment for working on migrating our Shopify them to Shopify 2.0 and did not do the work. They came to us through Bark.com. After sending them the payment and the collaborator code, it became clear that they did not know what a collaborator code was. They had never in fact worked on Shopify. When they finally figured it out, they logged in and requested access to our financial information - a major red flag. We denied access and asked for a refund. They never returned the money despite claiming they would, telling us to be patient and wait for it. They stopped responding to emails. This became a sunk cost of 600USD but we're using the opportunity to warn others to stay away. Hire close to home friends.

I had use this company several times…
I had use this company several times for products with no problem. However the final product that I paid for was a business card. The font was not legible once printed on the cards because of a highlighted font. I reached out to Jay several times to correct the issue which he acknowledged that he would. It’s been about two weeks and several messages without a resolution.
