I'm not sure what the negative comments are about. We are a small business and have been with Authorize since 2013. I came to write a review bc was just on with support twice with 2 of our accounts. And the support was amazing and fast. And their agents speak ENGLISH! Which is so rare these days. We've actually never had any issues with Authorize.net. Just an honest review.

For eight years now, I’ve had a very positive experience with Authorize.net. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and offers very competitive rates and a stellar customer service team who are kind, helpful and readily available anytime. Every time I have called because I was frustrated or thought something was wrong, it ultimately turned out to be user error on my end. Their customer-service team has always been patient, professional, and willing to troubleshoot with me until the issue was fully resolved. Thank you to the team for consistently being so helpful over the years.

So far, Authorize.net has delivered adequate service. I am a new business owner and am just starting, but I find their merchant interface easy to use. I added the CIM and feel it's reasonably priced and easy to use as well. As simple as it sounds, one of my favorite things about the entire site is that there are always tabs I can click on for directions or an explanation of whatever I am looking at. It saves me time and the frustration of scrolling through the manual to find what I'm looking for. My monthly billing has always been accurate, and there is always an updated record explaining everything I paid for. Once again, it's easy for me to use as a new merchant. All in all, I have had a positive experience with this company.

Using authorize.net now for 2 years no big issue and the customer support is always friendly and resolves issues very fast.
