Authentic DetectiveReviews of authenticdetective.com

I submitted photos of my Goyard Grenelle Passport Holder which I purchased in person at Goyard Store in Paris. Authentic Detective concluded it is fake without any details explaining why. It's so ridiculous that I just lost my word. They shouldn't be operating if they don't have skills to distinguish what's real and what's fake. If anyone from Authentic Detective is reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself!

This company automatically deem things inauthentic if they don’t have a wash tag. This is totally deceptive and misleading to the person trying to have the item authenticated. This also is a major disservice to sellers who are selling Vintage items without wash tags. Not a very experienced team.

Horrible experience. Wasted 5 hours after so many photos given and no conclusion. Pls don’t waste your time and energy. Is this why the app doesn’t accept reviews in the App Store?

Don’t trust these guys! Authenticate the fake bag as an original one. I bought a handbag for 4,000 and sent pictures to Authentic Detectives. I got a certificate that the bag was authentic, so I kept it. Then I needed a minor repair, so I went to the brand's store. All members of staff told me that the bag was 100% fake. I wrote a complaint to the Detectives. They just cancelled the certificate and, after a few emails, refunded me for this certificate. But I lost 4000usd because of them

They charged me and i never got my certificate. Its been like a month now. Contacted their support last week, they didnt respond. Scam.
