Vincent did a great job repairing our broken window in a timely manner.

Knowledgeable and well connected I have received mentorship from Javier some years back. I highly value the experience for the constructive criticism I received as well as some well needed advice and tips. Wise beyond his years. Readily available to answer all the questions I could come up with. Confident and prepared is what stands out the most for me personally. Very grateful that I got an opportunity to work with Javier and his company.

Font Realty has helped me tremendously with my business and I am very appreciative of Javier Font.

This is the man to hire if you want fantastic results quickly and without any problems. i have been successful over 15 straight times using this gentleman to help me find houses for sale, renters for my houses, buyers for my houses, housing rehabilitation workers for my houses, and as a property manager for my houses.....all within or near the Orlando Florida area. He is an honest and dependable servant to his customers, which due to my experiences with others in that same area, is not always the case. Ernesto Javier Font has my highest recommendation, and you can count upon him to achieve your desired results every time and in advance of your requirements.

Let’s begin by stating that investing in YOURSELF is one of the best investments you can make. You sharpen yourself to become better which results in your situation improving, your family improving, your love life-improving, and your overall world improving… IF you do the work. This course with Javier was a phenomenal experience and very educational. It’s loaded with actionable steps on HOW you can unleash your best self. In the course, he covers mindset, Personal development, spirituality, finances, wholeselling, becoming a realtor, how to comp deals and so much more. He kickstarted my company Grand Ace Properties. He gives you the recipe on how to start your business, get your first deal, and way more. He is even a cash buyer and he can help you move YOUR deals. (SO PUT THE WORK IN SO YOU CAN MOVE SOME DEALS.) I can go on and on and on about his course… but the real value is in the relationship you build with Javier. Yes, we both love wholeselling, making money, and enjoying life. But more than that, he is a life coach and a lifelong mentor (IF YOU DO THE WORK AND EARN IT…) We’ve had countless conversations on multiple subjects and he’s guided me in many different directions. More than he knows. Since being in the mentorship I have closed three deals, my first deal was IN the mentorship which was a $5k deal that I JV’d with Javi. In the second deal, we netted $30k on a vacant lot and another deal closed for $37,000+!! That’s ALL with Javier’s help. The only reason we close these big deals is that Javier GUIDES you the RIGHT way on how to Wholesale and do real estate. Do yourself the favor and enroll into the course, do the work and make deals happen. Promise you, its worth it.

Now a days, everyone claims to be a coach or mentor and seems to be selling courses, so it makes it that much more harder to find the real deal! With that being said, Ernesto Javier Font has created the perfect course with "After Hour Success"! It’s very detailed & simple to master. He has actually mastered everything taught in the course. All you need is the desire to execute it. He’s a well known Invester, Realtor and monster when it comes to coaching. He’s not only taught me about Real-estate investing, but has also taught me how to scale my construction sales. Highly recommended.

Javier is an amazing mentor. Provides great depth of real estate and also helps you gain the right mindset for this field. Would recommend Javier as a mentor for those seeking to learn about real estate.

Javier is a remarkable leader and communicator. I have worked with him for many years and he always is intentional about his feedback, cares about relationships over transaction, and genuinely wants the best for those around him. Most interactions when someone speaks, other people are formulating their responses and are not truly listening. Javier listens intently and with the goal of understanding the need and finding a solution.
