As per this review I am still waiting for my new shipping number so I can track it. I think they have lied about resending my order very untrusted . I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t recieved it. According to to the tracking number it took about 2 weeks just to get to the airport then on the 15th it apparently arrived in Sydney at 4:04pm then magically arrived back in India at 4-03.it has then bounced around various places. I have also emailed many times and got no reply which leads me to assume that you don’t want to help therefore please refund my money in full

I don't like to give bad reviews, but I have given Australiarxmeds plenty of opportunity to avoid this, and they have left me with no alternative. On 11 February I paid for my order. A week later I was told that the product I ordered was not available but that I would be sent a substitute; I responded that this would be OK. A further week later I was told that the substitute was also not available and I was offered a refund. I requested the refund immediately and shared my bank default along with my proof of payment, but no refund was ever received. The following month I wrote back saying that I would accept a substitute instead of a refund, but I received no reply to that. At this point, I feel that I have been scammed. Stay away from this vendor if you don't want to be cheated like I was.

High chance you will not receive the package.

I was sent incorrect product (a product that costs a third of the price) and I have chased up for 4 weeks to rectify. I have been advised I would be sent replacement, not received, then requested refund, not received, and I have asked for an email to confirm agreement each time, and have not received. I am paying overseas phone calls and my time is being wasted. Let alone the almost $200 I spent. I will continue to chase and if this is rectified in the next 1 week I will update my review to confirm refund or product has been received. If I don’t, I’ll be completing reviews elsewhere to ensure Australian shoppers do not use this company.
