There was a wrong item delivered. As it arrived, I wrote them a mail according to the instructions on a note in the parcel including photos. After two days I wrote again because there was no reaction. One week later, still no reaction, that's why I contacted them via online contact form on their website. Even on that there was no answer from their side. Hands off from Aussiebattery!

I received a "tool" battery despite ordering a replacement battery for a Dyson V6 vacuum cleaner. I emailed to make arrangements to return the item in exchange for the battery I ordered. I received a rude response stating that as "I had changed my mind" no refund and return or exchange with the Dyson compatible battery. Given the number of complaints which appear very similar I will be (1) Reporting to the Australian Scamwatch Portal referring to ALL of your complaints on here (2) as there is NO VALID COMPANY NAME or ABN anywhere to be found, I'm contacting the ATO and (3) lodging all of this with the AFCA

This company is an absolutely scam. I placed an order a month ago and it was never sent to me. I contacted them via email (the only way to contact them) and, of course, never got a reply. Don't use this website, it's a scam!

I put in an order and I have not received it after a month. I have tried to contact them through the website and email with no response. I assume my money is gone. It's time to get this company removed from Australia as it is clearly not operating any more.

If I could put a zero star I would... Ordered a small battery item on 17/08/26 with more than 6 follow up emails and one response of disappointment! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUSINESS... they will NOT SEND YOUR GOODS and THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE and they DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO RING THEM! SCAM!

Purchased 2 Hisense TV remote controls. Neither work, no response to multiple emails.

I ordered 2 CR2412 batteries from them on the 26 of Feb 2026, haven't received anything till now. They replied to my email after one month said it showed 'arrival' with tracking, and they claim it might be misdelivered and will confirm my address for further arrangement, ever since that, I haven't heard from them anymore. Now it almost September 2026, it's unbelievable for this to happen for such a business order. I'd say they are basically scammers, please avoid!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. 2 months post purchase and still no delivery. They have now stopped replying to my emails and are refusing to refund my money. AUSBATTERIES IS A SCAM
