Needed support with a product, e-mailed the support e-mail address on their website which states "We're here to help and will aim to resolve any query within 18 hours.". No response 4 days later so e-mailed again, no response again. Used the "Contact us" form on the website, no response to that either. No other way to contact the company. Left with a product that is too late to return so had to bin it, waste of money.
