It had been bought as a gift, but my son received a different turntable, so I no longer needed it. The team replied promptly, handled everything professionally, and arranged a quick, hassle-free refund. The whole process was smooth and easy. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

I had an issue with an Auryvox VT80 record player and had to email the customer services dept. The communication regarding this was excellent and I provided videos of the fault as requested. They responded very quickly and issued a no quibble refund. This was pleasing as they also didn’t need me to send back the unit for checking . I can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend.
