I ordered a shoes, the color and the quality were very different from the photos and description. I contacted the client service, several times and over a long period, to return the package but nobody answered.

I made a purchase on the 6th of April and have contacted them asking where my purchase. Apparently it's stuck in customs and they have no control over the delivery and have told me they do not have any idea when I will receive my purchase. No offer of a refund or an apology, customer service is truly awful.

Probably scam Since February I started investing in Aurum Bk, I made more than 42 thousand dollars in deposit, my broker was Otávio Meyer, but he disappeared, I can't get in touch with the company anymore, I can't withdraw my money, no one answers emails. I was scammed.
