I canceled this order. Several times and still billed…
I canceled this order and still billed for the item. No where in the information are you informed you are signing up for auto shipment. You must receive at least 2. After the 2nd shipment I canceled my order. They still shipped out a third item. When I advised I canceled my order they came back with we we ill give you 10% off the order. I said no I canceled this order. They continued with multiply emails increasing the percent off, up to 50%. Not until I advised I would contact BBB did they stop the emails. I hope this account is really canceled!

I have cancelled my initial order 3…
I have cancelled my initial order 3 times, yet they continue to send it monthly and charge me! I continue to request a refund, and they continue to ignore my request instead offering a discount - ON PRODUCT I NEVER ORDERED! This is clearly a business scam decision as others have complained similarly. Avoid these crooks!

My wife ordered a bottle of some kind…
My wife ordered a bottle of some kind of oil to try. This company keeps charging us a monthly fee and keeps sending that junk. AuraNaturals doesn't even know how their order system works. If you order single purchase items you need to uncheck a automatic refill option. That is completely opposite that they claim. Their statement says you have to select a check box for automatic refill. Someone is not telling the truth here.

Hello Lev, Thank you for bringing this up. Please note that subscriptions must be actively selected, and our system does not charge customers without their authorization. That said, we've located the order in our system and see that you were already in touch with our support team regarding the situation, and they have provided you with a solution. Please let them know in case you have any further questions. Best wishes, Joselyn from AuraNaturals
