Great customer service

in my journey of learning and looking for nursing bras i came across Aura maternity and I was doubting of buying from this brand as i never heard of it before but I decided give it a shot and im very happy with the bras I got, the quality and how comfortable are with a very nice design (not like grandmas's underwear like many other brands with maternity designs). I had an issue with a size so I had to return the smaller size and communicating with costumer service was easy and fast, NIcole helped me to resolve the issue and get my correct size. Im happy with my purchase.

The maternity pants are super comfortable, but unfortunately they kept slipping down. Fast customer service communication and it was rectified quickly. Very polite and a good experience. Thank you

Although the bras weren't suitable, I was able to getva full refund after emailing the company with no return charges.

Scam, ordered size S. Received XL. No response from customer services. Unable to return. Not proper maternity clothes. Just bigger sizes.

When I reached out about exchanging some items as they turned out to be too small, the response was incredibly prompt, understanding and immediately offered a solution. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My other items all fit well and feel quite comfortable, I'm looking forward to the larger sizes in the others. I would use Aura Maternity again, and recommend them to any friends in need of some well priced, nice maternity clothing. I really appreciate how they don't make me feel like pregnancy is my whole physical identity now and I can wear clothes that suit my normal sense of self.
