Hi Sari. We noticed you left this review right after you emailed us today about initiating a return for a brand new unused Cold Iron. We think it's a little unfair to say that it doesn't work when you haven't even tried it yourself. Many of our customers are experiencing wonderful results with their Cold Iron. We have a full scientific breakdown of the technology on our website. Regardless, we're sorry you weren't satisfied with your Auraleus experience and we hope you find what makes your hair happy.

Hi Joanne. We're very sorry that your order arrived in damaged packaging. We've taken immediate action to rectify this. However, we did not receive any emails from you asking for a return. We're also not sure what you're referring to when you say you paid for express postage because we currently only offer standard shipping. We hope you find a suitable solution for your hair's needs.
