I recently ordered a dress from Audrey Melbourne. What was advertised was an elegant looking dress to wear at a formal event. What I received was a cheap imitation from China, where the dress doesn't look like the advertised dress. The print and colours on the dress don't match what is advertised and the fabric and stitching is of poor quality. I believed I was buying a dress from a boutique in Melbourne, instead I got a wrinkled dress that was thrown in a plastic bag and shipped from an address in Padstow NSW. When I asked to return the dress and asked for a refund, they made it extremely difficult, costing me more to return the dress than what I had paid for it. They wanted me to ship the dress internationally and pay for shipping, tracking, customs and a ridiculous restocking fee. They claim on the website they don't charge restocking fees and returns are an option within 30 days of receiving the item. Ive been trying to return the product since it arrived and have had no success. The dress not only looked cheap, but it also had no tags or labels. The customer testimonials on the website claim the items ordered came straight away and beautifully packaged. The testimonials are false and misleading, as this is definitely not true. After receiving this dress, which took two weeks to arrive, I started to do some research only to find the parent company Olivia New York is scamming their customers with cheap worthless imitations as well. I suggest you take the time to read the reviews about Oliva New York and make an informed decision before purchasing anything from Audrey Melbourne or Olivia New York. The whole process in getting my refund has been lengthy and unsuccessful. This business is based on misleading and false advertising where they are scamming their customers and taking their money. I would not recommend this business to anyone, nor would I encourage anyone to buy any products from this website.

Do not buy from this company!!!! They are not in Melbourne!!! Items were shipped from China. They sent wrong items !!! On their website they say that they have no return shipping fees and no restocking fee but after a dozen emails and highlighting to them what their website states they refuse to honour what they state on their website. I would’nt believe anything they advertise.

I bought a pair of shoes that when they arrived do not fit. I had read the policies prior to purchase and was fully comfortable with the 30 day return no questions asked. Instead i get told that there is a $25 restocking fee. The policy is explicit to no restocking fee. They wont budge. They wont acknowledge they are in breach if their own policy. Beware

No reply at all after delivery. I need to return my items & emailed immediately but still have not heard back 10 days later. Guaranteed money back it says but you have to be able to contact them to get that.
