Great helpdesk and they respond very quickly

Thanks guys. I appreciate your support. Hopefully, this music gets out there through the line and catch a fish.

Everything was explained clearly, including what to do.

I was having issues logging in to the website to upload to my vendor account and I contacted the technical support team via email. They responded within an hour and took action to remedy the issue within a couple of hours.

They were really quick to review my application. A great platform so far

With something like music licensing, it's easy to get confused and buried by the lingo. But not so with Audiosparx! Right from the get go, everything was explained clearly, directions were easily followed, and every time a question popped up in my head, they were already answering it in the next sentence I happened to read. They know what they're doing. I'm in good hands.

I'm just beginning to work with AudioSparx and am genuinely impressed with how responsive and courteous their team is. The information on their website is also extremely thorough and helpful.

Easy to use batch upload, many features within the platform and specially the support attention - SPENCER! Never seen anything like it. All worth it!!
