Two undelivered orders and unacceptable customer service
Review: AudiophileDiscs – Order Still Not Received After More Than Six Weeks I am writing this review to warn other customers and recommend exercising caution before ordering from AudiophileDiscs. I placed two orders and have now been waiting for my records for more than six weeks. According to the tracking information, both shipments were delivered, but neither package has arrived. The tracking information provided through Track718 has also been inconsistent throughout this period. Delivery dates and statuses appear to have been changed or updated retrospectively. No last-mile carrier in the Netherlands has contacted me, reported an attempted delivery or left a delivery notice. The packages were also not delivered to neighbours or to any other specified location. I have explained this to AudiophileDiscs several times. Nevertheless, I continue to receive responses repeating the same incorrect delivery claims. The seller refers to its logistics partners but has so far failed to take clear responsibility for the fact that I have not received the orders I paid for. I asked AudiophileDiscs to provide actual proof of delivery from the last-mile carrier in the Netherlands or to offer a concrete solution. So far, however, the situation has not been resolved. My preference is still to receive the records I ordered and paid for. This is therefore not only about a possible refund, but also about the poor communication, contradictory tracking information and lack of accountability. Based on my experience so far, I recommend that other customers wait before ordering from AudiophileDiscs until it is clear that orders are being delivered reliably and that problems are handled appropriately.
