There was a typo in my order (my error) and they called me immediately to clarify. The item was shipped fast and price was as good as I saw anywhere. I'll definitely order from them again! (You know I was impressed because I turned around and immediately tweeted the website, which I almost never do.)

i would use this company again. of course the test will be when the gift is opened for Christmas and the product works.
