I purchased a plugin license from their website and completed the payment, but I never received the product or the license details. I contacted their support team several times, but they haven't replied to my emails or provided any solution. This is extremely frustrating, especially after paying for a product that I never received. I now have to request a refund and consider taking further action to recover my money for a product that was never delivered. Very disappointing experience. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from this company again.

I bought the Universal Audio Luna 2.0 Pro bundle from them, and from day one the software absolutely did not work as advertised on my Windows machine. It caused crashes, freezes, graphical issues, and other problems that made it completely unusable. Many Windows users have reported the same issues online if you want to check. When I wrote an honest 1-star review about my experience with Luna, along with a positive 5-star review of another software i bought from them, the 5-star review was published immediately, but the 1-star review has still not been published to this day. When I asked them why, they told me that my review was not about the product I bought (because I focused on Luna and not the plugin bundle… which makes no sense). And that's why you only see 4-5-stars reviews on their website. So even though they offer great deals and the opportunity to buy software at good prices, I cannot accept a practice where paying customers are silenced when their reviews are negative. I will not support any company that engages in this kind of dishonest and illegal behavior, and I highly recommend reporting it to the Federal Trade Commission if this ever happens to you, because it is simply unacceptable. Edit to reply to the company: By writing that they publish all reviews that are relevant to the bought product, they are clearly saying that they select reviews that serve their interest which is illegal and not the purpose of a review. Reviews are meant to serve the interest of customers (the public) because a company that just publishes what make them look good is misleading poeple. As for my purchase I bought the Universal Audio LUNA Pro 2.0 Bundle (check their website) which is clearly not Luna free. What's funky is that the 5-stars review that is there doesn't talk about the plugin bundle but it is published! This shows you how this company is in denial. You can check at Universal Audio's website the differences between the free and pro versions. As for my review that was not published, this is what I wrote so you, the reader, can juge by yourself : "I would have like to give 5 stars but unfortunately as said in the title, this software is unusable on windows: it freezes, crashes a lot, plugins can take ages to load, the midi implementation doesn't work properly, It causes graphical glitches and black screen of death, something that I've never encounter with other digital audio workstation. Universal Audio is aware of all these bugs but still take windows users money and maintain their software being working as advertised on that OS. You can see on the internet all of the issues that windows user have since many years and still not fixed. It will be more honest and should be preferable to just keep it for Mac if they can't make it work properly on windows because it is not right to pay for a software that doesn't work as it should. Now LUNA pro is just sitting here on my pc waiting for updates to make it work properly that will not come before a long time or maybe never..." That's all. Again, I highly recommend reporting these dishonest practices of this company. Edit 2, After AudioDeluxe reported to Trustpilot that I have reviewed the wrong company: This company: -that replied below saying I left a review about my experience with the free Universal Audio Luna DAW etc., so they clearly know who I am… -that contacted me by email, calling me by my name, telling me they saw my Trustpilot review and requesting that I remove it, even before I sent through Trustpilot the information they requested before their reply here… is now telling Trustpilot that I reviewed the wrong company, just to remove my review and silence me again on a platform that doesn’t belong to them. This is unbelievable! Often, it’s when there is a problem that you see the true face of a company, and I would have never thought that AudioDeluxe was this dishonest. Because of this I'm downgrading my rating from 2 to 1 star. Reporting this company is a must and in the public interest.

It was presented in a factual and objective manner. Nevertheless, it was rejected, which creates the impression that Audio Deluxe may not be open to critical feedback. Here is the exact wording of my original review: Program 24 is a library that captures the zeitgeist of the 80s well. Its numerous presets and phrases allow the user to quickly get to the point. The sound, however, lacks a certain liveliness. The ear quickly recognizes that these are not synthesized sounds but samples. I'm not sure why presets have to be named "Blxtzkrxeg". The basic workstation serves its purpose—nothing more, nothing less. For 19€ (on sale), this library is not a bad purchase. However, I wouldn't pay more for it. There are better alternatives available, for example, in the form of presets for software synthesizers. For you:“Blxtzkrxeg” A preset name with a reference to German history.

Logging in to your system has become a total pain. Endless login fails with the correct info and having to reverify every time via email and phone. Why are you hitting us with the Shopify verification crap. I’ve read the same on various threads. Until this is sorted I won’t be back.

I placed an order and they sent me an email to send a work address or studio web address. Well, this is a home studio and not much going on yet. I checked my account to see if they delivered, shipped or something and my account was locked. My card was already charged. No response to my emails either. I'm on the phone now with my bank to cancel this transaction. Stay away!

Date: Jan 30, 2019 Title Licenses Quantity Total Waves Custom Upgrade (WAVE-UPG) Licenses not yet delivered. 1 $5,500.00 Subtotal $5,500.00 Discount -$5,385.00 Order total $115.00 Now I'll get the information that I would pay for the Upgrade only 71,47 and when I pay over Audiodeluxe I get an Spring Discout of 15,72 $ less und pay only 55,75 $. It would be a difference of 59,25 $!!! It will be the second joke in a short time. I can't accept this because audiodeluxe plays with my money and run more and more unserious!!! I am a customers sind many years happy to buy in your shop, but what happened in the last time makes me upset and takes me out.
