I ordered two plugins from a developer separately, but found out that the plugin developer granted a special discount for the owner of one of those two plugins. I contacted Audiodeluxe to cancel the second order. After reassuring I did not use my voucher, the order was canceled and I got my money back. Other than that I did not have any further contact with the company, because everything works as expected. I bought from them a few dozen plugins already without any issues. If they keep doing their work as until now they will keep me as a customer for sure.

I never had any problems or issues (bought 5 or 6 plugins), the sales are really worth it and most of the times better then on other sites, at least in Germany. Thanks for helping little artists out with those sales! Gz Down Dream

I´ve been buying plugins and audio related software from AudioDeluxe for over 5 years now and I´ve never had anything but a very positive experience with them and I have over 60 transactions with them, some including multiple products. Their support is very quick and efficient, I´ve had to contact them a few times and alway had a quick and satisfactory resolution to all my problems. I can take for example the lates one where I bought an upgrade for PreSonus Studio One 7 Pro from an older version. I could not register it on my account at presonus and contacted PreSonus tech support to help me sort it out. I also sent an email to AudioDeluxe to notify them and ask if they had any advice for me. Well within an hour, AudioDeluxe sent me a reply with a resolution to my problem. Presonus Techsupport took 3 days to answer me and only sent me some generic solutions that really had nothing to do with my problem and didn´t solve anything. I also love their DeluxeBucks reward system which is easy to use and very generous. They periodically have the best prices on plugins out there. I can highly recommend using their services.

I’ve been purchasing plugins from AudioDeluxe for over 12 years, and going back even further when they sold exclusively on eBay. I always check on their site before any plugin purchase. I usually find that they have a discount, but if not then there is often times a free plugin added to the purchase - and always DeluxeBucks that can be used in a future purchase. Like your favorite compressor, keep AudioDeluxe nearby to dial in the real deal!
