Audiodeluxe are the best. They had the Best Black Friday Deals for me and I saved some money. Slight problem with the freebie plugin that I received but this was sorted out by customer support within about an hour. Great communication great service.

Amazing!!! I am really impressed and appreciative of the CUSTOMER SUPPORT that I received from AudioDeluxe. They went above and beyond in assisting me and resolving an issue regarding a software plugin company that AudioDeluxe distributes. AudioDeluxe took the time to call the plugin company to assist and resolve the issue when they were under no obligation to do so. Thank you so much AudioDeluxe!

My number 1 online plugin shop in the world, with the best deals at very affordable prices .And I would give it a thousand more stars if I could.

The AudioDeluxe experience is second to none. They have a broad virtual instrument offering from all the big industry players with great promotions. Best of all, their customer service team is awesome! (How many companies can you say that about these days?!?) I'm a songwriter and AudioDeluxe has become my "go-to."

My software music retailer of choice! AudioDeluxe runs great discounts and while you're purchasing stuff you're actually accumulating credit that can be spent to lower the discounted prices... how cool is that! Navigating and purchasing is very streamlined. And in case support is needed, the staff is really fast and efficient. One suggestion as well, while you already have a wide list of audio developers selling through AudioDeluxe, there are still many others to be involved. Thank you!

Customer service is quite fast, and have a no bullshit approach. Even responded on a Sunday. I am pleased with the service, and usually save a buck or two as well.

I’ve been using AudioDeluxe for quite a few years now, not all the time, but enough to only use them whenever I buy plugins, and can wholeheartedly recommend them for the best prices, great deals, and really first class customer service, who I just had to contact to resolve an issue I had when mistakenly purchasing the same product twice, after contacting them to explain, they got in touch within a couple of hours and fully refunded the second accidental purchase. Very happy and happy to recommend them highly 5*/5*

I find AudioDeluxe usually have the best offers and a huge range of products. The website is easy to navigate and their customer service is helpful and courteous. If ever I've forgotten to add a discount code, etc., they have always refunded me immediately. Highly recommended.
