Avoid This Company: They Are a Foreign Scam
Avoid this company. I have been defrauded of nearly $6,000 through a series of deceptive practices and broken promises. Despite my book being a #1 Amazon bestseller in its category as a paperback and Kindle, the audiobook version produced by this company has earned only $14 in royalties in about a year. • Inferior Quality: The audio they produced was lower quality than the raw files I provided. • Ad Fraud: They charged me over $1,500 for additional advertising that they later admitted in writing was never purchased; they simply pocketed the funds. • Deceptive Reimbursement: After I posted a negative review, they offered to refund the $1,500 if I removed it. They repeatedly lied about attempting to credit my card, then my bank account, and finally claimed a check was in the mail. None of it ever arrived. They are based in India, making legal recourse difficult. Do not trust the positive reviews; they are likely fabricated. They use empty promises of refunds to trick people into deleting negative reviews.
