When trying to get in touch it's impossible The item is not as described and they look cheap and nasty 😒 I would be ashamed to give these as a present Lesson learned

The items are shocking and not as described. Look cheap and tacky. No way were these hand made What is more bizarre is that the items (holding hands) were apparently tracked from America and when they arrived had a Bolton address from delivery!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

What a rubbish company. I also bought the holding hands heart which as described by another customer is absolute rubbish. This company make excuse after excuse to stop the return despite the package says return to a UK address but insist on sending it back to China at your own expense. I have emailed back and forth for 3 weeks or more but keep getting fobbed off. They offered £6 for an item that cost me over £18. Do not entertain Audienceg they are a scam company so do not buy from them

Just received my order of 2 hands in a heart and it is absolutely rubbish. More like Balsall wood with a painting on it. Nothing like advertised of carved wood. False advertising needs to be reported to trading standards. Sad thing is I bought this item for a dear friend who has just lost her husband. Am waiting for their response as I wish to return it!!!

Would give no stars if possible. Misadvertise goods with a sob story. What you get is cheap rubbish. Send you false tracking information from sham tracking company. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 2 hands in heart wooden plaques, costiing £11 each as gifts for family members and was really disappointed with them. They are shoddily made and cheap looking so I requested to return them for a full refund.. I was firstly offered £1.50 refund for each and on my refusal to except this insulting offer their final offer increased to £3 each which I again refused. I would advise others to carefully consider if purchasing from this company is a good idea if my purchase and subsequent dealings with them are anything to go by
