What a wonderful company! Everyone was very helpful and patient while we set up the hearing aids on our phones. When we had a little issue, they were so professional and solved the problem immediately by sending us the part that very day. I will only use this company from now on! Audicus has unparalleled customer service. From the initial hearing test through selecting the right hearing aids and care plans, everything has gone smoothly and with a very personal touch. Not only have the hearing aids themselves (I have the Omni 2) been game-changers, I love the bluetooth connectivity and the way they significantly lessen my life-long tinnitus. It's so wonderful to dine out and actually hear my dining companions! This weekend I had a question about the charging on my right hearing aid, saw that their business hours were Monday-Friday, and instead of leaving a message, I decided to wait until today (Monday) to give them a call. Instead, they noticed my "missed call" and a representative (Chris) called me unprompted to give assistance. He fully addressed my issue. I can't recommend Audicus enough, from the product itself to the customer service--the whole package.

Excellent customer service experience, very informative and helpful from pre-purchase to helping me learn how to use them. I can honestly say my quality of life has improved substantially as a result. I am now knowledgeable enough about the technology to say if the devices are better than others but I can say that the way they work, and the easy of operation exceeded my expectations. Beyond that though, I can say that I interviewed many providers and salespersons and I doubt there’s a better team of people to work with so I highly recommend Audicus.

From the first call to the final purchase my experience has been 100% positive. Sharon, the woman who was my personal contact, was terrific-kind, caring and truly helpful. She explained the entire procedure detailing the two different ways I could try out the hearing aids and have 100 days to decide if they met my needs. Then if I did not want them I could return them for a full refund. I chose to lease a pair first so I didn't have to incur the full cost of purchase. Ultimately, I decided to purchase them after my trial wearing. Sharon arranged the entire return process for me at no cost to me-no return fee, no sales tax and no cost for shipping. I was even emailed a return label to print. And I didn't have to return them until I received my new purchase so I wouldn't be without hearing aids during the transition. Ultimately, my total cost was about 1/3 that of a retail purchase for a comparable hearing aid by the same manufacturer under their brand name. Everything can be done online from home. The company also includes a package of supplies used for cleaning and maintenance of your hearing aids with your purchase. I might add that I also have been contacted several time by a follow up representative to see how I was adjusting to my new hearing aids and to offer any assistance or answer any questions I may have. I also have access to an audiologist. Any future needs are just a phone call away anytime I desire. I recommend Audicus unconditionally.

Audicus people at sales are very useful. They provide valuable information on the models they have and on their manufacturers. This enables us to look for reviews of the product sources, other than those of Audicus itself. This is very reassuring to me, and indicates confidence of Audicus people in their products. Their response time to queries is very quick and there are rapid follow-ups. If you are in contact with Alexandra, you are in good hands.
