Surprisingly simple. I have tried to purchase from Audibleclub twice before. The first time, I had to pursue getting a refund as they unable to complete the order. On my second attempt --- some months later and after seeing numerous positive comments on Reddit --- I decided to give them a second chance. This order went through, but the codes weren't received until later that day. They reached out explaining they had been performing maintenance. This order was the third with them and the codes were delivered within minutes. Not sure if they are getting better, or my luck is increasing, but this transaction was flawless and will continue to purchase from them until their process hits another snag.
