Acquisto online su ebay. Spedizione con Poste Italiane a un punto di consegna selezionato durante il pagamento. Mi arriva una mail di Poste Italiane che dice che non hanno consegnato perché indirizzo inesatto. VERGOGNA. E' la seconda volta che mi capita che dicano indirizzo non esatto. Poste Italiane dice inoltre di rivolgermi a AUCTANE SL per sbloccare la spedizione, ma non mette nessun indirizzo mail o link o telefono. VERGOGNA ANCHE POSTE ITALIANE.

I have had to report lost packages with this company twice already! They are the slowest shippers I have ever seen. My shipments from them are in transit to the next station for DAYS. Anyone thinking of using auctane to ship your customers packages, DON’T!!!!!!!!

He tratato con mucha insistencia a través de varios tickets que actualicen la dirección de mis facturas y no hay manera, ninguna de las que me emitieron es válida. La persona que responde desde packlink identificada como Marian- Support Specialist Gestor de envios Ebay - no da una solución al problema. No recomiendo el servicio.
