Fake models. Batteries don't fit models. Staff argue with you e When you send them photos comparing. Not Australian company. Delivery times are really slow. Delivery is fro China Parts are not official as advertised and wrapped in very cheap plastic (battery itself).. Pretty much a Chinese scam. Don't buy

I bought a replacement power pack for my Dell Laptop in 2023, it lasted 5 months. I contacted them regarding a replacement adapter to be told I have to pay them $35 to get a replacement shipped. That amount is exactly half of what I paid for the power pack. I also discovered that the power pack I bought in 2023 was manufactured in 2016. I have a strong suspicion that this was a used power pack sold "As New". They have told me as the power pack is over 30 days since I bought it, they are not required to send me a replacement at no charge under their own BS warranty policy. I checked their policy and it contradicts the BS they are telling me. My plan is to just get a charge back.

Dodgy Chinese company! These guys are not based in Australia as they pretend.

Bty for HP laptop worked ok for a couple of weeks then died after windows reported it was 255% full. This dodgy company based in China won't answer emails in regard to this.
