Their salesman for Long Island, NY MARC KATZ lied to us he told us, verbally, they would do our roof and put solar on and we would be paying $200 a month and getting more than $45,000 back in our taxes. LIE We only got back $17,000. And we pay $578 a month We will paying this till we die. Mark told us he would be with us to the end. LIE the minute he got us he avoided phone calls and texts We also plan on suing!!!!! He pushed and pushed for my husband to sign my husband who was very reluctant to do so. He really didnt even know what he was signing. My husband wanted to look it over and get back to him. He was so forceful and pushy, going on about this was the last chance we would get this deal. I don't know what to say except that we were so stupid, and naive to trust this man. He came to my house and all he kept saying was "wow you remind me of my wife". I fell for it DUH!! I feel like an idiot. Mark has put two 62 year old people ready to retire in $75,000 debt.

Evidently I am not alone. This company appears to be a SCAM. I will be suing them until all promises are met and implore you to AVOID THEM at all costs. Total THIEVES.

Beware of this company if you cancel your contract beyond the three day grace period you will be hit with a $7500 bill for cancellation and if you do not pay for it within a period of time, they threatened me that they will send it to collection agency… I’m 74 years old and I feel like I have been taking advantage upon. I talked to the representative at Attyx and he was rushing me to sign up the first day I talk to him and I said I needed it at least 24 hours to think about it and he said what’s there to think about well I did sign a contract 24 hours later and was promised a monthly payment of $491 but as I looked at the contract which I was rushed to sign and not have any time to really read through it. I found that there was a substantial increase in payments, as the years progressed but was never told about it. I asked him why was a penalty $ 7500 and he said that all the plans were all made using an engineer to design the roofing…. But I’m very suspicious about it because there was no loan that was even approved to support this big project why would a company start hiring out designers when I’m not even approved so if I’m not really approved for a loan there shouldn’t have been any work done so why are they charging me so much money for canceling $7500 is absolutely Ludacris … especially for a senior citizen which I think that they’re trying to take advantage upon ..

They misrepresent themselves. They tell you that there's no other pocket expenses to you. Because it's a government grant. But when you find out it's not the end of chargin And you call them and you call them and you call them and you call them. They never respond. I've been trying to call him 3 months. What a scam!! I cannot express the regret of using this company and their false promises enough. I was in need of two new air conditioning units and was enticed by a representative from ATTYX to get two brand new units ($16,000) and solar panels ($55,000) for a whopping $71,000 for both. Well, I was told I would be “off the grid” and basically the $300 solar panel bill would replace my energy bill. Win/win, right? WRONG! It took 5 months for the panels to be activated and for the past 3 months my electric bill is still $300 on top of the $300 solar panel bill because the panels are producing minimal energy. I reached out to ATTYX with my concern/frustration and was basically told to suck it up and “have a nice day”. I was also told it takes a while for the panels to reach full capacity, but even my electric company said I’ve been scammed. Of the 723kwh total energy used for November, the panels are only producing 114.6kwh for the entire month of bright sunny days!! Please please please do not use this company. To make matters worse, the panels are considered a second mortgage and a lien will be placed against your home so if you need to refinance or pull money from your equity, forget about it. None of this was explained during their sales pitch. Take off the rose colored glasses and do your research folks! Don’t be scammed like the rest of us.
