Overall good service
Overall good service and pricing, with friendly support The only thing knocking a star off is the long maintenance times, poor site setup since it’s still under construction (needs more documentation for common problems too), and some minor issues upon installation that were resolved. Those issues being that my service was on the wrong panel when it was generated and set up automatically. Not sure how common that is but was still an issue nonetheless As they build in size and polish i can certainly see this service being excellent. As of now, I would definitely recommend, just be aware of the WIP feel since it’s a newer service.

Regarding maintenance windows — while the total window may seem long for safety and communication purposes, most actual downtimes are under 15 minutes per server, and we’re continuing to invest in minimizing even that.
