I've been using Atticus for several months, and I love it! If you just want to use it for simple composition, it's very straightforward. A while back, I asked about a dark mode, and even though it wasn't available at the time, the support team reached out to me about it. They had a brief meeting with me, and a few months later, they launched the feature! I recently asked about adding strikethrough formatting for subtitles because I have a character whose name changes, and I want to show the change using that formatting for clarity. One of the support team members reached out and let me know that they brought it up with the team to see if that's something they can add because they like the idea! I love how receptive they are, and they've even added the ability to submit a feature request when you're reaching out to the support team. It's honestly just a bonus that the price is more affordable than other writing software!

They have also resolved every issue, usually with only one email. And their reply always offers a "next step" just in case their suggestion doesn't solve it right away.
