Bait and switch! Stay away. Was quoted $79 before arrival. We have a 2-year-old home. When two techs arrived, they informed us that we had two severe clogs and pooling water in the vent line. Price? $500 dollars. When we told them no thanks, they called their manager who lowered the price to $300. When we saw bad reviews online, we threw them out. Before he left, the tech told me any other firm would give us the same assessment. We called a highly rated company. That tech said our vent line was really clean, no clogs, and that we wouldn't need another cleaning for two years. Price? $95.

Call these idiots out for duct cleaning and I wasn’t home. My wife was home. They showed up with a shop vac and an air nozzle to clean the ducts and charge 1000 bucks. Look at the ducts after and you couldn’t tell the difference.wish I could post pictures here.

Like many people, I too got scammed by this company. I booked air duct cleaning for $99, as they advertised. Once the technician came on site, the quote went up to $500 because they said the duct was "dirty" (duh??) and needed a "deep cleaning" (like visiting a dentist?!). Don't waste your time! Go hire honest people.

Scammed me out of $100! Asked them to clean my dryer duck an it went from $79-$300 They lied and didn’t clean anything and showed me a fake picture of someone’s vent. I asked them to come back because lint was still coming out in large chucks and they blocked me

I did an online quote for $79 & the tech was 25mins late, no call fm him. Had to call office & was told I'd get a call back in 5mins-didn't happen. Was upcharged to $599 & said, can't do it, & ended up with a military discount, which helped some, but over $400 is unacceptable. Their online website the office gal sent me doesn't show price break out for regular dryer vent cleaning vs deep dryer vent cleaning. I needed it done for new dryer install & timing was an issue from other companies. Not happy on price upcharge, but glad it's cleaned out thoroughly. I don't recommend, shop around. Stanley Steemer does for $150-ish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Very deceptive advertising! Advertise starting at $69, but does not say this is only to clean out the back of the dryer. He took one look and said it would be $259. I just said NO THANKS - way too much! This was after rescheduling three times.

came here to do a $300 job I agreed to and when they arrived tried to upsell everything to $1000. woudln't give me a straight answer when i asked for the business name. Gave me the name "air duct cleaning services of st louis". then I asked why I couldn't find it and he said oh, that's the guy you talked to, we're actually "master air duct cleaning" which also doesn't exist, he was quickly walking out my door as I was searching for this second business name. The facebook profile used to communicate with me was fake.
