APPOINTMENTS NOT KEEP-VERY UNRELIABLE BUSINESS not call this company if you need…
Do not call this company if you need repair on appliances!! They are unreliable. They do not keep appointments and they do not contact you to let you know it
may need to be rescheduled
They just don't show up! I lost a days pay waiting for them and never showed. The customer service representatives are not helpful and sound like their reading from a script.
Look for another repair shop. Check reviews!!
I can see why THIS company has such poor reviews!

Complete scam operation!!!!!
Complete scam operation! I honestly don’t understand how this company is still in business.
My warranty company (AHS) assigned Atria Services Appliance to handle an issue with my refrigerator, which suddenly started freezing everything inside. It has now been over a month, and my refrigerator is still not fixed.
The first technician came to my home in an unmarked vehicle, carrying a small bag that he never even opened. He spent less than five minutes inside. He literally opened the refrigerator, closed it, and performed no actual diagnostic testing whatsoever. He called his supervisor and told me I needed to leave the refrigerator at the “recommended setting” for 24 hours even though it was already on the recommended setting.
I waited 24 hours. Same problem.
I had to contact them again and request a second visit. The second technician arrived, again in an unmarked vehicle, and basically repeated the exact same routine. He spent about five minutes looking at the refrigerator and then told me he needed to order a part, supposedly a timer.
Then, about 30 minutes after he left, I received an email from my warranty company saying my claim had been DENIED.
Why? Because the technician submitted information stating that my refrigerator was being used as a freezer. That is completely false. My refrigerator is malfunctioning and freezing my food, that is the entire reason I filed the warranty claim in the first place!
So instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the appliance, inaccurate information was submitted that resulted in my warranty company denying the claim.
Both visits followed almost the exact same pattern: unmarked vehicles, approximately five-minute visits, no tools taken out, no meaningful diagnostic testing, and no repair.
After more than a month of dealing with this company, my refrigerator is still not fixed and now my warranty claim has been denied based on information I believe is completely inaccurate.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I will also be documenting my experience and reporting it through the appropriate consumer and review channels. People deserve to know what they may be dealing with before allowing this company into their homes.
Absolutely unacceptable experience.

**They will file an FALSE and inaccurate report to your Home Owners Company causing you not to be covered!!!
Long story Short...
I filed a warranty claim because my refrigerator's ice maker stopped working and repeatedly froze over. During the first visit, the technician confirmed it was frozen solid and could not even remove the ice bucket. He instructed me to unplug and defrost the refrigerator before he returned.
I followed his instructions exactly.
During the second visit, the technician reported that the condition was not normal wear and tear, and American Home Shield denied my claim based on his report.
The problem is that his report contains statements that I dispute as factually inaccurate. I never told him I removed the ice bucket to avoid defrosting the refrigerator, yet that is what was documented. He also concluded that the bowed plastic wall was not normal wear and tear, despite having no evidence that I caused it.
The ice bucket does not even make contact with the side wall that bowed outward, so it makes no sense to conclude that removing the bucket caused that damage. Even the technician's own photographs show no ice buildup on the side walls where he claims the damage occurred.
The original issue was a defective ice maker that repeatedly froze over and stopped producing ice. That issue was never resolved.

Stay away from Atria
Atria was sent to my home from the Lowes Assurance Insurance I have, to repair a Kitchenaid Dishwasher. I waited around all day for their person to come - my original appt was 8-12 and he showed up 6:15. He opened the dishwasher, looked down the garbage disposal, ran the dishwasher for a short while and says no code showed up on his little machine thing.
The wash cycle goes just fine, the machine gets stuck on the rinse cycle, a white flashing light and alarm sounds happen when the machine does not rinse.
Two days later I get an email telling me the job ticket is closed! He did NOTHING.
I have cancelled my Lowes Appliance Insurance. I will never buy an appliance from Lowes again so I will not need their poor excuses for repair service.

Atria service DAMAGED my refrigerator
Cinch Home Services sent Atria service to repair my refrigerator during the attempted repair they damage the wiring and dented and scratched my stainless steel refrigerator in several places on the front door and never returned to complete the repair. Cinch Home Services did not want to hear anything about it and blamed Atria. I contacted Atria, provided pictures documentation and even a text message of the technician who apologize for damaging it. We have been going back and forth since june, then finally a manager from Atria, Mitchell Inocencio , negotiated with me and agreed to pay me $500 for the cosmetic damage. I signed the release all the paperwork mailed it back and have heard nothing for several weeks every time I called them they tell me the check is in the mail. And I'm still trying to get my refrigerator repaired.
