Complete crooks! We ordered a transmission in April, 2020 waited the 7 days for shipping waited 7 more days still did not recieve shipment. Called to find out what was going on, was informed it hadn't shipped yet. We then told the very rude woman "child" to cancel our order. She put us on hold to find out what was going on, returned to the line stating that they can ship it out first thing Monday morning. We again told her to cancel our order and to refund our money. She said 5-7 business days and just hung up!! So unprofessional. Its over 2 weeks and nothing. We had to get our bank involved. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Terrible service. It took over 6 weeks to get the transmission. Then once it finally showed up they sent a 2wd one even though 4wd was ordered. Long wait times on the phone. I had to call three times to get them to schedule pickup of the wrong transmission they sent so I can get refunded. Each time they promised it would be picked up the following day... turns out they didn't even schedule a pickup until the 3rd time I called!!! All around terrible customer service. I can't even imagine trying to deal with them on a warranty claim. Save your time, buy elsewhere. Currently waiting on refund. Update 5/28/2020: They received the shipment of wrong transmission a week ago (on 5/21) and we have not yet been issued a refund. They do not answer phone calls and have not replied to emails. Extremely Frustrating!! Again, don't waste your time with this company and their awful customer service.

These guys are no good from the word go. I waited for a month no transmission. I've waited for another 60 days still no refund. I've turned them in to the BBB the said they would refund the money still no money. Only a no good scum of the earth kinda company would keep a person's money in times like these. They are worse than the Virus we are all fighting today. Stay away. They are not a good company or good people.

I just want to be done with business! I have now been waiting 7 weeks for a reimbursement for the torque converter I had to buy because they didn't send one with my transmission as promised. After numerous phone calls and promises that my refund was being issued, now they will not answer my calls. I would love to see a response to this review that explains why I have been told at least 8 times that my refund was being issued that day but 7 weeks later still no refund. I would love to see a response as to why my calls are being ignored . You can't just respond with customer will be reimbursed and then never reimburse them. It has been 7 weeks since they received a copy of my receipt. I hope they don't think get to just keep my money for a torque converter that I paid for but did not receive. As soon as they reimburse me I will update this review! UPDATE! 4/27/2020- I received my reimbursement today. Thank you

Worse place ever.nothing but lies I would never recommend this place.still waiting after a month.they like to beat around the Bush so dont buy from them

Tired of being lied to, i was told it would recieve the 4l60e that week, came in about a month later after getting the run arrounds from the shipping company just to figure out that they did not pay the shipping, when i recieve it did not come with a torque converter so i was refunded the $135.11 of it and i did not get my $80 core fee back after i talked to the general manager that made a deal with me, i would remove my bad review and i would get my full refund back ((Did not )) They only pay $60 for their torque converters i was told from the general manager so i dont understand why i never recieved one! I have been lied to for two months and the transmission is not even that good in my opinon, if you are considering buying it because it is cheap just dont, if you feel like buying a transmision from here dont, email me and ill tell you how bad my experience actually is rileyhamAThotmail.com (( i cant put the at sign in the review)) i will help anyone from making a bad decision from here. Jeggs has a better trans for 1800 that will last alot better or get a used stock trans. I have better luck with used trans over rebuilt trans.

[Order #8566]: I ordered a transmission from them for my 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe, on January 3, 2020. I called and got through to someone once, and the lady told me the transmission would ship the Wednesday of that next week, which was 5 weeks ago now. I emailed them, and a person named Jeff said that they were sorry for the delay, and that they would make sure I got the transmission that week. 2 days later, someone called me from their office to tell me that the transmission would ship that Friday, and I would get it Tuesday, which would've been this last Tuesday. I still haven't received any email telling me that the transmission has shipped. I've called them a number of times to figure out what's going on, but I either keep getting put on hold, or transferred to a voicemail box that's full. This waiting and lack of communication is really annoying. I just want to know what the holdup is, I understand that they can't just take a transmission off the shelf and put it in a box and ship it. I'm starting to feel like I've been robbed, that I'll never get that 4L60E.

Never recommend buying a transmission from. "GOT ALL AUTO PARTS " AKA "ATRANSMISSIONS " ..Would suggest checking reviews & complaints on BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Who gives them a F rating & other review sites. Reason why cheap.Have cost me more money,time,stress & aggravation than any savings was worth. My experience with the Management/customer service Jeff,Kevin & Jenn has been more than unpleasant. No one returns any phone calls I've spent alot of time on hold,disconnected,leaving meassages being blown off,being told trans will be shipped following week only to have to call following week to be told another story I was last able to talk to Jeff 1/13/20 when he told me 4th trans & check will ship 1/20/20. I haven't received it or have had Jeff return my calls or answer my holds. My experance with their transmissions been very bad. It took 7 weeks to receive the 1st trans that was a fail when installed. 2nd trans,problems within 1,400 miles & a month of use. 3rd trans replacement I received 11/21/19 I would NOT take a chance to install. All 3 trans when drain plugs where removed had excessive sludge but the 3rd had alot of metal wire mixed in the sludge on the drain plug & that was fresh off the pallet. Pictured by my name,zoom it.I have plenty of pics of 3rd trans. The trans was not thoroughly cleaned inside & out. The 3rd trans like the others was just painted with aluminum color paint. Painting over the dirt,rust & aluminum housing. The 3rd trans did not have all hard & soft gaskets replaced. Just painted. The metal trans pan had heavy rust scabs painted over & its original warn damaged factory gasket. The pump housing was heavily rusted & axle bushing was never replaced.Looked to be disassembled enough to paint it. Was questionable if complete rebuild, whoever worked on it didn't initial it to claim the work. After sending pics to Jeff with my concerns I was told on 11/26/19 that a 4th trans would be built before I even refused to use the 3rd. As of 02/29/20 I have not received anything Kevin talks alot of great stuff about company & product but I have yet to experience any of it. Said they build for Jasper transmissions. Not what Jaspers says. They don't 11/11/19 Jeff asked me to remove a bad review I had up before he would honor the transmission warranty & pay me earlier promised & not received money for part of install expense the 1st 2 poorly built trans have cost me & help with cost on the 3rd trans install. I have yet to receive that check that Jeff said he would pay out off his own account & mail right away on 11/11/19 if I remove review. I honored my end of deal but Jeff as yet to honor his word. Told several times check was ready but have yet to receive the check. Took them 3 wks to schuel a pick up for 1st trans core & 2 wks to pick up 3rd trans core. I wouldn't Beleive them when they say can have it picked up ASAP & back to you in 2 weeks. I always keep notes of my conversations what I ask & what they tell me. On 02/26/20 I ask the assistant manager Jenn why Jeff & her have repeatedly told me for past 4 mo's on check & past 3 mo's on 4th trans that they will be getting shipped following monday & it doesn't. She told me in what I considered a nasty tone Quote "Since I am being picky about the transmission that the technician was taking a extra long time to make sure the transmission is up to my standards. Wow so its now my fault for expecting a quality rebuilt trans as advertised not 1 set up for failure like I've received. I don't want to keep installing trannies in my 72 yr old mothers Escape. Not only has their poor quality of work & unpleasant customer service affected my life but my mothers to. I would recommend paying more at your local tranny shop. Work will be done right the 1st time sence they won't get paid a 2nd time for their mistake. This companies mistakes will cost the customer. I can only hope 4th trans isn't another junk rebuild Not a remanufactured trans just rebuilt
