So far transmission works excellent.. however shipping was ridiculously slow. It took 5 weeks to get my transmission. When I finally had enough excuses and threatened to cancel my order it was delivered in 2 days. If you have plenty of time to wait I think they are great transmissions.

This is Kevin.. Thanks for giving us an awesome review. Yes this tax season put us behind and our successs has been difficult to manage. In saying that, we are coming out of it with some aggressive management techniques. We appreciate you taking your valuable time to rate us fairly and honestly

Needed a part for my Ford Edge, they didn’t have it but made sure they found me one and in a very timely manor. The customer service was excellent, and Tiffani went above and beyond to help me out! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family.
