Between 3-4 stars. Took 6 weeks to get tranny. Had to call again to remind them to ship my new torque converter. Had to call again for the oil cooler I bought. AND still haven’t seen or received the “ extended warranty” I was promised. Mechanic Installing this week end,have my fingers crossed. All in all they came thru but stressful.

Worst company to do bis with got lots of different stories when I called to see why my transmission had not arrived after wateing a month was told they would call back witch did not happen I called back and they then told me thear was a problem with the build and they would let me know when they could ship out heard nothing called for the third time and ask for my money back they said it would take up to two weeks to get money back 3 weeks later no money still hate these guys DONT BY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY............UPDATE A TRANSMISSION DID GET BACK WITH me yesterday and we did get this sorted out so far they did give me $$ back and told me they will have it out a.s.a.p we will see what happens no one ever told me they had to send it out to be machined in till this post no problem with that just tell me what's going on and dont give me the run around but I understand that problems happen I will up date as soon as more happens thank you atransmissions for calling me and getting this sorted out.... New update I did get the transmission to day less than a week after talking to them it looks grate and a new converter as well will update after install

Bryson, yes the ford ranger is year specific and the servo bores have to be done at a machine shop. Your original transmission didn't test out so we had to go back and do another one for you.. All of them take more time because the servo on the side required a CNC machine to re-bore and sleeve the opening in order to complete that update. We spoke with you yesterday and came to an agreeement that was in your favor We have been in business for over 17 years for a reason, and want more true reflection of our business.

Great people. They made sure everything was right and answered my questions promptly. I found calling then to be the best and fastest way to get in contact with them. Thet only problem I had with them is it took a month for my shop to get the transmission. then it didn't have the torque converter with it. Had to am wait another week. Finally everything arrived and I was given a lifetime warranty for the wait. For the quality and the price I say it's a fair deal to wait a little longer than expected. They test every transmission before sending and fix any issues that might have come up in testing. So the 3-5 days shipping is bs but they're alright people. I wound use again.

The price and warranty is amazing, but my transmission wasn’t even shipped for over a month. And it's a 4L60E. Very common transmission. I would order from this company again if I wasn’t in a hurry to get the vehicle running.

Thanks Tyler thats fair.. This tax season really went bonkers. Sales doubled starting in february overnight and had a difficult time keeping up. We are at the tailend of it and everything should smooth out from here on.. We will work managerially to be better prepared for it for next year. Thanks for your feedback.

Customer service was always nice and willing to help. I waited a long time for my transmission for my truck and when it finally arrived the torque converter and trans cooler were not with the shipment. After talking with Kevin, we got my situation handled, and he was more than happy to help me get what I needed. It's obvious that he cares about the company and wants to make it the best possible. So thanks to him, I'm getting my parts and he definitely makes me feel better in all about my choice to buy from them. I would recommend them as a customer, but would warn that you should definitely ask about lead times on your purchase. All in all this seems like a good product and they took care of me. Your honest and competent representative Kevin Karwat single-handedly saved you this sale. It is only because of his direct intercession in an otherwise totally botched up situation that I did not cancel this order. Due to YOUR error, I was never informed that the transmission you were about to ship to me was found defective. This resulted in a 10-day delay, during which time my truck could not be used in my business... AND NO ONE EVEN GAVE ME THE COURTESY OF TELLING ME!!! It was not until I called to cancel the order that your customer service representative transferred me to Kevin. He, in turn, apologized profusely and took DIRECT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for getting a transmission to me. He is a man of his word... the transmission actually arrived a day earlier than his promised date. I don't know how much you're paying Mr.Karwat, but whatever it is, IT'S NOT ENOUGH! I will likely be a return customer only because of him.
