Took 6 weeks to receive my transmission,took multiple calls from me to them for any information,I received a giant sob story about this and that every time I called. Received transmission....it was damaged. The pan that was laid on the pallet was dented previous to the rebiuld. A vital mount was helicoiled in the wrong place and JB welded over the original hole and then the whole unit was painted. The cast exhaust mount is broken off the unit. I had to call customer service for my torque converter. Overall a bad experience. My mechanic installed it and laughed! It seems like it got new front and rear seals and a horrible paint job. Hopefully this company will honor a warranty claim that is almost guaranteed!

Ordered trans 700r4 for Chevy van on April 12 2019 and after multiple phone calls and being told it would be shipped the next day I finally received it on May 7th 2019. They advertise 3-5 days. Got an e that said I would have it within 10 days. I was starting to think the company even existed. It was not till I told themI was going to file with pay pal that things started moving forward. Do not purchase unless using pay pal as pay pal will repay back on default. Anyway I went to install trans and found out it had an electronic sensor for speedometer. 83-92 van did not have electronic speedometers so I had to travel 45 minutes to get puller to change. Since install trans runs ands shifts fine in forward gears but sometimes shudders in reverse. Bad experience for me and I should have paid the $400 more and done it locally. Even with reverse acting up I am not going to follow up on warranty, just not worth the stress. Jan in Virginia

order a transmission on April 4th and now its May 16th and still have not received it finally got it today may 17th and they forgot to send me the torque converter and the cooling system for the warranty dont ever order from this company they are a joke

Worst experience ever!! Ordered Transmission 3/14/2019, still haven't received as of 4/22/2109. I have constantly been given the run around about shipping and so forth. It was supposed to have been shipped 2 weeks ago and for some odd reason it can't make it on the truck. Finally told them today to refund my money so I can purchase it elsewhere. So we'll see how hard I have to fight to get my refund! BUYER BEWARE!!! In response to their response, I did look at all the reviews and that is why I decided to use you guys, but all of the great reviews does not help me one bit at this time, at least be truthful on the phone and explain whats really going on there and quit making false promises that you can't keep.

Awful company to deal with in my experience. Had to wait a month and a half for transmission. They wouldn’t give me an explanation when I called. Would put me on hold and then hang up. Eventually stopped accepting calls from my number but when I called from another they would answer.

Ok well. Not going to make this lengthy. Do not make any online purchases from this company. All online orders get either backlogged or thrown in the hogwash file. If you walk in their front door you'll get 5 star steller service. Forget ordering online period. Great price but once ordered, even after a month of waiting and constant lies from both the sales and customer service side of things, it will be tiresome. Nothing gets done, either people are getting fired, or out of office or just don't pick up the phone. When you get people on they get frustrated with you over the phone. They'll start breathing all upset like it's not their fault. First rule of business, the customer is always right. So if I call a month after not receiving my purchased product, you have no right what so ever getting upset with me. You should be trying to save the sale not push me on the back burner once again. I demanded a refund and cancellation. I will not hesitate to hit y'all with fraud. You accepted money for a product and you did not deliver plain and simple. Every person I have recommended to purchase their needs Thur this company have been forewarned of this terrible experience.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!! Their costumer service is trash. They fail to contact you after constantly trying to contact their company regarding your order. When they finally do contact you they try to apologize for their lack of communication by giving a life time warranty and promise your order will be delivered the very next day. When you try to obtain the tracking number they once again fail to contact you. Their product never arrived. When u try to contact their costumer service line they don't answer and send you to their voicemail which is full probably with complaints. The only way to contact them is through their little chat icon on their website in which they try to blame everything on their staff which is honestly a reflection on the company. What company hires incapable staff? If you run a good company you interview your personnel and make sure they meet your standards. Never talk bad upon your staff for if you hired them then they met your low quality of standards in which you run your company. Then they tell you that they will refund in good faith your money. Which I don't know what individual thought this was in any way okay to say. If it's MY money how do u want me to give u credit for giving it back when you failed to do the service the money was given to you in the first place? Not only that the money they refund you can take up to 10 days to be transferred back in your account. Funny how it only took them a couple of hours to take the money from my account. So not only do you wait what seems like forever for your product (which by the way never arrives) now you have to wait for your money to even purchase your product from somewhere else. This company is trash. Costumer service is trash. Wish I could at least say something good about their product unfortunately they never follow through with their word and it never arrives. I am ashamed this business is still in service.
