Very poor customer service, was told i would receive my order within 10 days, i did not even receive so much as a shipping confirmation within that time. Further, when i called them, my transmission was not even available TO ship, and they asked for an additional week to ship it. Very unprofessional. Will not be a returning customer and will most likely ask for a refund.

We shipped torque converter direct from the factory due to arrive to customer on 6--27-19 via ups. This vehicle is a 1983 and its a 700r4 torque converters and transmissions have been on back order we are now filling back orders. Thanks for your patience.. These customers do not go back in and remove or edit their reviews once they receive the items.. Not sure why not..

So far my experience has been less than good with this company. After placing and order i was told the processing time would be 7-12 days. I thought that was a little lengthy but hey for the price and warranty I'm okay with that. I then called asking why my order hadn't shipped out as it was on the 10 day mark and was told i would have tracking numbers in the system the next day. After receiving no tracking numbers i called again and was told by a Mr. Kevin that i would receive a call first thing the next morning. After not receiving a call i called the customer service line and was put on hold and ultimately hung up on without any information being taken. I then called again and they looked my order up and then finally got a tracking number that “wouldn't work until Monday after 7pm” all in all this company has some serious customer service issues and some serious issues letting customers know what they are getting into. Nowhere on the website does it tell you how long the processing time is or how long shipping will take. Had i not called i don't think it would have shipped out for another week. Very displeased with this company.

Andrew I apologize If I spoke with you after hours or on a weekend and forgot to get with you the next morning. I am in sales and technical support and am not perfect though i do try.. As far as customer service they do not hang up on anyone our business is so hugely successful based upon product quality and price that our workload has become extremely challenging. In saying that we have made corrections to smooth this delay out which is happening primarily with Ford and Dodge transmission since they are more vehicle specific... We sincerely apologize you feel that way and will do whatever necessary that we can to make things right. We are not desperate for business rather blessed with it but respectfully do have an obligation to our customer to stay in touch with them. Thanks Andrew, I am confident we will complete this order for you in good faith and get you the product you need at a great price.

Took forever to ship. And then didn't come with torque converter and had to wait again on shipping.

Our product quality and price is typically 200-$500.00 less then anyone else and because of that we are hugely popular and successful . In saying that torque converters are shipped ups direct to your location and should be there today or tomorrrow latest. They have terrible customer service i was told my transmission would be sent in 3 day the three days passed then they told me 10-14 days.....It took 2 and a half months to receive my transmission and alll the parts still was not there had to go buy parts they didnt send so i wouldnt have to keep waiting

Customer initially received a 2 wheel drive and needed a 4 wheel drive or vice versa. We sent him the correct product shop installed it and the converter slid back off pump and snapped pump gear so vehicle quit moving. we shipped a replacement no charge despite not being our fault.. customer has a new transmission and the one shop broke pump gear in and is off and running. We have nothing. We acted on behalf of customer.. in good faith.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered a transmission March 29th. Called to see how long it would take to get here. It was never processed. Called the next week still wasn't processed. Called the following week and was told that it would be shipped out by Monday and I would have a tracking number by Tuesday. Never got one. Called the next day on Wednesday and was given an invalid tracking number. Called again on Friday May 5th to cancel the order. Called each week to find out when I will get my refund back. Called on Tuesday June 4th and was told that they would call me back by Wednesday morning. Never got a call. Called Thursday to find out what's going on and was hung up on. I missed over 7 weeks of work as it's my only truck. It's June 20th and still haven't received my refund yet.

Purchased two transmissions first one took alittle over a month to get second one took almost two months to get. Everytime I called I was given a different due date and they never called me I always had to call them. This is not how you get repeat customers. Im done.

An update to my experience with a transmission. After writing the last review. I received a call from Jeff. He said he would take care of the issues that I encounter. He did and the next day I had a good tracking number and a trans was delivered a few days later. Jeff said he would take care of the problem and he did. Thanks. However, after receiving the transmission I discovered it was the wrong one. Called and talked to Kevin and he said he would talk to Jeff and get another out to me. Jeff work your magic.

Barry, honestly I didn't speak with you until either Friday or Saturday morning towards the end and I was able to get the transmission shipped and provide you with a $150.00 credit. We also threw in a transmission cooler for you so the vehicle will stay cool and last 3-4 times longer. We appreciate your business and I personally am a sincere genuine person that just truly wants to help our customers. i helped to build this business and care about it. Also, I care about the customers as well. We continue to keep our prices low and quality high because we don't believe in price gouging customers like some of our customers. Because of that our business flourishes, and over 96% of our customers are truly 100% satisfied and reviews reflect that. We have a competitor in florida who hides behind the name of Street smart and is really Engine and Transmission center that is negatively posting against us using our name to get customers like yourself to read and write these reviews first time there is a problem. We have initiated a defamation lawsuit against them because they are not being honest that over 60,000 transmissions we have put on the road to date and our company is hugely successful. I am glad we were able to work thins out with you.
