Steve was FANTASTIC!

VERY PROFESSIONAL !!

It was great. Charles was very patient and helpful. Excellent service.

Steve did a great job and helped me get all set up!

When I went to use Excel it wouldn't let me save my data. I called customer support and Charles did an outstanding job getting the issue resolved.

It helps when someone who knows what he is doing can get the program installed in the computer. I can fly and land an aircraft, but can't work through several computer screens . THANKS

Charles helped me understand that the 2019 Office download does not work on newer Mac's. The 2021 Office is the way to go! Excellent customer service and very quick to help resolve the issue! He was very clear on what to do and super patient to wait for my applications to fully download and properly work.

The person helping me was kind and patient. I was not anxious at all. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to repeat directions to me in a way that I could understand.
