They upgraded my home version to Business - great price! I had problems with installation and activation and the tech was very patient helping me getting it to work.

I'm greatly in debt to the professional help I had installing Microsoft Word today thanks to the expertise and patience of the agent, Steve. He deserves a raise.

I made a call to Atom, they returned my call within 10 minutes and resolved my issue immediately.

My experience with the company agent Steve was amazing and he is the best I have talked to so far for long time.

Very helpful support in getting Word installed on my Macbook Pro. I couldn't have done it by myself. The representative who helped me was courteous, fast, and got the job done.

Installed this on 4 computers.... Steve was incredibly patient and through.. I would use them again in a heartbeat

They helped me install the software and were so kind and honest.

Charles is knowledgeable, very polite and gracious and the very best Administrative person that any one could have. It was a wonderful experience!!!!
