Very unethical company with underhand tactics. I bought a software, I was using it without any issues and yesterday, my licence key was disabled and I was told to upgrade by purchasing another licence. The company is simply extracting money from its clients using very underhand tactics. AVOID!

There software don't work, all a con, don't want to give refunds, if you want software that works go to another company, having problems getting refund, having to get Paypal involved, (Beware Once They Have Your Money You Wont Get A Refund) plenty of other honest businesses out there.

They are just fraud selling rubbish software. I am waiting for the refund but no answer. The only way is chat and online customer service is saying wait for refund manager. There is no option to reply you in person. But the order number: 68375974. Let's see how quickly you can resolve it.

Ordered Atomc Mail Hunter and paid 74 euros for it. Avangate charged my card and I have never received the product from Atom Park. Write a few complaints but my issue stayed unresolved till this very day. Softly organized scam scheme between those two companies.

Пытался отправить смс по непрямому каналу, по цене 0,4р. Сообщение отправил одно, тестовое. Оно, конечно же, не дошло. На вопрос "почему?" получен ответ от техподдержки, мол, мы не гарантируем доставку писем, отправленных через непрямой канал. Зато деньги за недоставленные сообщения взимаются гарантированно. Все мои попытки доказать этому, на мой взгляд, сброду, что они нарушают законодательство РФ, так как взимают плату за неоказанную услугу, не увенчались успехом. Нет, так нет. Я начал требовать возврат денежных средств, оставшихся на моем балансе, так как далее сотрудничать с ними не было смысла - кому интересно платить за недоставленные (а может, и вовсе неотправленные, кто знает, отчет то они дают недостоверный)? Тут началось самое интересное. Прошу обратить внимание, я требую возврата не потраченных средств, а тех, что остались на балансе. Требую я этого уже месяц, хотя изначально получил письмо от них, мол, заявка рассматривается две недели, после одобрения заявки бухгалтерия возвращает деньги на третий день. За этот месяц они ДВАЖДЫ одобрили мою заявку, а денег как были на балансе, так там и висят. Не переживайте, говорят они мне, мы обязательно отправим. В общем, по моему сугубо субъективному мнению, сборище жуликов.

This company is terrible when you purchase software that does not work. They provide a refund form for requesting a refund but once you fill that in they will simply keep asking you more and more questions as to what is wrong with the software to avoid refunding you. So far they asked me in one email, what is the version number, then 2 days later they asked me to specify why I wanted a refund even though I had already explained to them the issue with the software in the very first email/form I filled in. Then 4 days later after responding to them with all details they ask me what module I am using. Basically they use allot of stall tactics to try not to give you your money back even when the software genuinely does not work. I believe many reviews about how good the software is are FAKE. It freezes all the time, it does not save the data and sometimes it won't export any data. If you buy their software and it does not work they will not refund you even though they provide a refund form in the members area lol, total joke of a company. I have had to start a chargeback to get my money back into my bank. The CEO Konstantyn Makarov says he constantly thinks of ways to make this company better, well here is an idea, how about you start refunding genuine customers when they request a refund within the 30 day refund time limit.

Воспользовалась этим сервисом для рассылки смс. Выбрала средний тариф, не самый дешевый. Один из номеров был проверочным, смс на него не пришло, при этом статус на сайте говорил об успешной доставке. Вероятно, остальные смс или их часть тоже не доставлены, но проверить это с помощью сервиса компании Атомпарк не возможно. На все мои вопросы и жалобы сотрудники отвечали - нужно было выбирать самый дорогой тариф с прямым каналом, ничем помочь вообще не смогли. Сотрудник компании Алексей, с которым общалась, обратившись за помощью, показал свою полную некомпетентность, грубо перебивал, не слушал, повторял, как попугай - нужно было выбрать прямой канал. Результат - время, нервы и деньги потрачены впустую, а по сути, украдены. Не пользуйтесь этим сервисом - гарантии доставки ваших смс нет никаких. Хоть они и говорят, что гарантия доставки предоставляется на прямом канале (самый дорогой тариф), но узнать, дошли ли ваши смс, нельзя даже на прямом канале. Проверить, действительно ли доставлены смс, можно только обзвонив ваших клиентов. Отчеты о доставке не соответствуют действительности.
