It used to work great. Now it doesnt. Not happy with product or customer service. Going to buy a different program.

I am now beginning to get extremely worried. I paid for atomic email extractor since morning and their website says it take 10 to 40 minutes. It’s been more than 12 hours now. No email from them and I have tried to send them email countless times, but they have so far ignored me. Secondly, even my email, I can’t remember creating a password for it, why are the saying the email already have an account with them. I’ve requested the change of password link, yet it is nothing is coming to my email. Have I been scammed ? I am not terribly worried

I'm reaching out to share my recent experience with the tracker service, which unfortunately has been quite frustrating. The tracking for both clicker and opener emails was consistently off, resulting in significant loss of traffic—up to 5 million emails worth. This has not only impacted my campaign but also led to financial losses due to non-functional tracker links.

i buy license, pay, received all confirmations, but still dont received my license (code for activation).

Atomic hunter not worth even one star. I was simply scammed. Bugs freezing my computer. Can't extract nothing than random emails. Very wicked company in terms of reimbursement. When you see Ato, don't wait for Mic, else you will be scammed.

I bought two license of atompark whois explorer. Since i am trying their software i found lot of bugs. the software is not upto the expectations. There is no update since 2021. I have escalated so many bugs and the company is not focusing on updates. They promised they release update every year and since 2021 no update. The whois servers are not responding. There is no options to update whois server for specific domain extensions. Some times the software stuck in middle and no stability of software. I do not recommend some one to buy this software

A lot of the software does not work. facebook plugin Does not work Twitter pugin Does not work The email Hunter works sometimes. Customer service is there but they just play with you, they know the software is not what they say it is but just drag you along on a pointless two and thow of emails. Smtp to go is not very good at all out of 5k emails only 159 were opened lol Also you can get a refund, go straight to 2checkout and request as Atompark try to say there are no refunds again this is not true

I've been using the SMS sender and it's terrible, I've been blocked for 6 days by their team which was unable to moderate a message. Only when I wrote a complain to PA courte they unblocked my campaign. Do not buy their service!
