I have been a customer for almost 3 years. Their product has always worked. I asked a question and used myself and my husband in the wording and have now been banned from buying. I have sent hundreds of people to them. Here is what I received as a response to my question. Very disappointed in how this was handled. I did not do my due diligence when researching this company. If I had, I would not be in the situation. A friend suggested this company, so I purchased here on her word. The product I order was shipped quickly (the very same day - good sign), but there was a problem with receiving it from FedEx. It's been lost. I've reached out multiple times to Atomicklabz with NO RESPONSE. I've called FedEx three times as well, and they tell me this is an error on their part. I have no idea if I will ever even receive what I ordered (if I do, can I "research" with it or has it gone bad due to hot storage conditions?) I have no idea if FedEx keeps packages in temperate controlled environments... I've been emailing since a week ago - with no answer from this company. How can a company ship products quickly but not responsd to a single inquiry for support? Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle of losing your money. Order from a reputable company. This one is not. If something goes awry, they will not be there to support you. It's very likely I simply lost my money on this purchase. If I had read the Trust Pilot reviews of this company, I would have purchased elsewhere. All I can do is hope to save YOU from losing your money - or being stuck with bad product you cannot use. Make my mistake your lesson!!! Purchase elsewhere!

Stay far away from The following products Mots-C and 5-AMINO-1MQ WITH NADH. When they say for research purposes only and not for human or animal consumption they're not lying. Anyone That uses the following mention above peptides knows that you'll Have red marks for a day or two After injection ,which is a common reaction with the product mentioned above Instead of two or three days these red marks Existed for almost three weeks And finally went to bruising After the first week I went and saw my Doctor and I explain to him that I was using the following peptides. He told me that these red marks were chemical burns. He gave me an ointment to help with marks and with the burning sensation and told me to stay away from these kind of peptides that come from Unregulated labs In China. I should have known that when the Mots-c Came back a yellowish color that something was wrong. Batch n1024n is on all four 24mg Reta vials from AtomikLabz. Also a reddit thread about these. Zero effects. I've bought from other vendors and every single other one I had hunger suppression. These did absolutely nothing and I spent a TON on these. Customer Service were a bit rude in emails about it. No offer for refund or partial refund. They BLOCKED my account from ever ordering again because by mentioning I saw no effects I was "violating their TOS for human use". Which they KNOW people are buying their product and using it for that. Playing stupid wouldn't hold up in court.

Apparently this company doesn’t want to sell products because their customer service sucks. I have emailed, opened a chat, and send a text and no response after 5 days. Horrible hy that time I had placed an order elsewhere
