atomicnetworks.coReviews of atomicnetworks.co

So far so good. I haven't had a problem in the time I been with Atomicnetworks.co. The setup was easy. The speed is top notch. I have tried close to six (6) other hosting companies in the past 3 months, looking for a right match and Atomicnetworks.co has been the best. Thank you! Great price also ...

Fast and efficient

was able to deal with human error as if it was nothing, god bless these guys, never had an issue and always came back to host another server with them 10/10

This is the worst company i have dealt with in years. The following is a conversation i had with customer support: Sagnik S. Operator 2024-06-10 (17:39) Did you confirm that you're fine with the IP swap? I had asked you in my first reply, yet you chose to waste both of our time. Sagnik S. JD Owner 2024-06-10 (17:38) Are the servers that i paid for operating normally yet? Or are you still failing to do your job and wasting my time? Sagnik S. Operator 2024-06-10 (17:15) You started with the snarky emails. It is not my responsibility to update you on your own network. How so? I had simply asked if you wanted an IP swap, instead you decide to not be cooperative unlike pretty much every other customer who has contacted us first. Sagnik S. JD Owner 2024-06-10 (17:13) You started with the snarky emails. It is not my responsibility to update you on your own network. This is the most interesting customer service i have received in a long time. Are you still wanting reviews on trustpilot? Sagnik S. Operator 2024-06-10 (17:12) I didnt want the hassle of having an asinine conversation I appreciate your reasonable assumptions, we would've offered an IP swap right away, but it looks like perhaps you don't want things to be resolved. Sagnik S. Sagnik S. Operator 2024-06-10 (17:09) It's interesting you had the time to come up with a snarky reply, yet you didn't bother to take a minute to contact us in the first place. Sagnik S. JD Owner 2024-06-10 (17:06) No it's ok, just keep everything broken and don't inform your customers about the outage. All three of my servers were affected by this IP subnet problem. I didn't contact you because I didnt want the hassle of having an asinine conversation via support tickets about whether I wanted services that I paid for to work or not. Sagnik S. Operator 2024-06-10 (15:29) Hi, Unfortunately due to a problem with the IP subnet, there are problems with reachability. We noticed you put in a cancellation request but you didn't contact us. If you would prefer, we can swap your IP allocation and your server would be back online. Sagnik S.

Very fast and to the point.

Too bad, no one responded to the ticket I sent for 3 days.

My VPS's were provisioned immediately, they are as-advertised with no problems. The dashboard is top notch and my one question to support was answered quickly. All that and the price is amazing. I'll be using them for more after I test the waters a bit.

So Fast Thx ths is so good experience
