Bad systems, bad support. I bought a bare server and it never got proccessed.

This was my first time ever purchasing a server for anything. I had a profoundly negative time. Everything was so unbelievably unintuitive and took hours just to figure out how to do. What I would have suspected is the simplest of things like changing a game mode. I also used a promo code to get a free month and have been consistently harassed with emails about missed invoices for $0.0. that's crazy! And after using the promo code for a full free month, it wouldn't activate the server. So I had to then pay an additional $5 just so I could run a simple server for a single night of gaming that never ended up happening because we couldn't figure it out. Profoundly disappointed. I also cannot figure out how to cancel my subscription. I have done everything I can. I am so frustrated. I have put so much time and effort into this to just be seething in anger at the end. This has ruined multiple of my days. Thank you!

Easy to use and high performance

Literally put my ticket on hold. I am unable to begin using my service and I can’t seem to get any assistance.

So many errors I still can’t use it and there’s no support people

I have a server, the support is very lazy. There was a problem with access to the port, but they fixed it today or yesterday, I've been waiting since March 25. With such support I wouldn't trust buying anything here. Even though it's more stable here

Scam service! I paid for VPS rent for 3 months, the money was not credited to the balance, the support does not respond, and they also ignore the mail. I do not recommend anyone to use this service
